NLB Tutunska banka notes exceptionally positive results and increased volume of the key activities in the operation with retail customers and with the small and medium size companies. The focus of its operation is placed by the Bank on the extension of the product portfolio for the retail customers i.e. the citizens, as well as on introduction of personnel, organizational and technological changes:


  • Introduction of new products for the retail customers
  • Extension of the business network
  • Introduction of agent sales of products to retail customers
  • Gradual introduction of the personal treatment concept for the VIP customers
  • Increasing the number of employees in the business network

NLB Tutunska Banka notes a continuous growth in the retail banking. The Bank is dispersed on the market and has 28 branches in 18 cities of the Republic of Macedonia. The branches are organized as small banks, offering a full range of products and services from its credit portfolio.

 

The savings deposits in the Bank are continuously increasing and significant results are demonstrated in all types of savings and deposit operations. The retail loans placements also mark permanent growth. As for the cards operation, remarkable results are achieved, both as a result of the increased sales and by the successful implementation of new card products.

 

The Bank traditionally conducts foreign exchange operations, i.e. buying and selling of foreign currencies and leasing safe deposit boxes.
