Following the market trends, the market capacity and the needs of the customers the Bank enlarged its portfolio with new loans for the retail customers: real estate loans, house loans, consumer loans, VIP loans and loans for the pensioners. Parallel with the introduction of new products, the Bank decreased the interest rates of the existing loans and introduced facilities related to commissions, repayment terms and security.
In order to acquire larger number of customers, the Bank proceeded towards development and sales increase by introducing agent's way of sales, as well as by offering related products, through combining of products, prices and services. The Bank’s issuing wide range of cards portfolio consisting of MasterCard International, VISA International credit & debit cards and Diners Club International cards.
The Bank is intensely involved in the micro-crediting of small and medium size companies, individual traders, craftsmen and farmers by approving loans from the credit lines: KfW, MRFP, and IFAD. To the effect of increasing the volume of these loans, the Bank reduced the interest rates and introduced new benefits, at the same time increasing the number of branches engaged in servicing of these loans. |
