NOV PENZISKI FOND AD Skopje operates in the frames of the second pillar of the reformed pension system in the Republic of Macedonia and will be managing with the assets of the Opened pension fund under the same name NOV PENZISKI FOND.

NOV PENZISKI FOND AD Skopje has clearly defined mission to be safe and reliable company that will set up high quality standards of work in the field of the pension insurance and provide economic management with the property of its members.

The company is a new member of the reputable NLB Group. The strength of the founders is guarantee for the security and successfulness of the work. NOV PENZISKI FOND AD Skopje is backed up by the experience of:

1. Nova Ljubljanska banka d.d. Ljubljana , sharing 51% of the capital of the Company. Nova Ljubljanska banka is the tower of strength of NLB Group which comprises more than 50 members, including banks, financial institutions and other companies dispersed all over Central and Southeastern Europe; and
2. Tutunska Banka AD Skopje, which shares 49% of the Company's capital, is one of the largest banks in the Republic of Macedonia according to NBRM's criteria, a bank with excellent performances and a successful member of NLB Group.

After receipt of the license the professional team of the NOV PENZISKI FOND AD Skopje has approached to serious preparations in all key segments, mostly in the process of creation of agents' network, which will be the membership point of access. Maximum attention was paid to the selection and education of the agents, who will be the only licensed persons for marketing activities, and at the same time it was commenced with the establishment of all organizational and technological processes essential for the efficient incorporation of the Company in the system of all related institutions which are involved in the new pension system.

Today we may pleasantly state that the preparations have been completed and that the NOV PENZISKI FOND AD Skopje has fulfilled all necessary requirements to start with soliciting of its members immediately after the announcement of the opening date for signing of the membership agreements by the Agency for Supervision of the Fully Funded Pension Insurance “MAPAS”.

In the following period the marketing and all other activities of the NOV PENZISKI FOND AD Skopje will be very intensive and focused on the main target that is gaining of the potential members confidence. Our target group is composed by young, new-employed people, at the age when the idea about their own retirement seems far away. Therefore their wish to be animated, educated and well informed in order to bring the right decision for their own future, presents the main challenge of the NOV PENZISKI FOND AD Skopje.

More than 500 agents have been engaged. Beside their knowledge about the new reformed pension system, confirmed with the agent's examination, they have acquired in the past period additional education and skills required for professional approach to the members.
