 NLB Tutunska Banka AD Skopje is a leading bank institution in the Republic of Macedonia with a constant growing trend and positive operating results from the date of its foundation till now. It was established in 1985, and since 1993, it has been working on the Macedonian market as a commercial bank performing all financial and banking services for its customers both in the country and abroad. The Bank belongs to the group of major banks, and according to its total net assets, it is the third bank by its size in the Republic of Macedonia.
The strategic partners of the Bank are: NLB d.d., Ljubljana, LHB International Handelsbank AG Frankfurt and NLB InterFinanz AG Zurich, i.e. the NLB Group. In the total equity of the Bank, the Group owns 85,84%, while the remaining portion of 14,16% is owned by domestic and foreign legal entities and natural entities. The membership in the NLB Group and the new corporate image of the Bank results in a new quality of operation, which ensures transfer of knowledge, experience, technology and access to the foreign capital markets.

An acknowledgment for the successful operation of NLB Tutunska Banka AD Skopje are the numerous international and national awards, among which, the most outstanding is the recognition to the Bank for the years 2003 and 2006 in Republic of Macedonia awarded by the financial magazine "The Banker", as well as recognitions by the Finance Central Europe for a bank that has made highest profit in Macedonia in the years 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2006 and for the best bank in ROE (return on equity) in 2005. |
